a transformation: spruced up heels

Here's the 2nd part of 'spruced up heels'! Unfortunately I couldn't find the photo of the shoes before the transformation, but picture them plain, white satin all over! I had a bit less room to work with due to the style of the shoe and the size (they're only a 5!) so I was careful not to overwhelm them, and that's why I kept the design very dainty, and light.
Thoughts?
