I pinned this image a while ago and have since decided that all three of these gorgeous collars would make such pretty gifts for some lovely ladies! So, to keep things on the cheap/one-of-a-kind side, I'm setting out to thrift some plain shirts, whose collars will fall victim to my DIY frenzy!
