feel pretty

Ever since I transition this blog in the direction of 'personal style' ( not really a fan of the blog 'categories' but I guess that's the one this falls under) I've noticed that my choice of outfits varies quite drastically. I tend to know what I like, and what I'd be willing to try, and what I really dislike, but all in all my 'style' is kind of all over the place. That being said, I believe the most important aspect of getting dressed is feeling good about yourself, regardless if that means you're in jeans a t-shirt, or a pleated midi skirt and 4inch heels.

As I've mentioned before, my mood is very responsible for most of my outfit choices. Some days, when I want to feel pretty, I know just the items that make that happen. This dress has quickly become one of my 'pretty' staples. It's lightweight denim, it's a nice length and I can twirl in it! What's not to love?!

  1. I'm the same way! My mood totally impacts what I wear. I don't pre plan outfits, b/c usually the day of I change my mind and wear something completely different based on what mood I'm in! I love this dress! Very pretty!

  4. First, this outfit is downright adorable. Second, I totally know what you mean. I think I am zeroing in on more of what defines my style, but my outfits vary wildly from one day to the next. That's part of the fun, I think. (:
